Flexible Retirement Plan (with SIPP options)

Your Flexible Retirement Plan is designed to help you save towards your retirement. It offers a Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) option, so you have more control over your investments.

This plan is now closed to new customers, but existing customers can make changes.

By logging in or registering for our Online Service you'll be able to view important information about your pension, download your annual statement, and update your personal details.

We recommend you get financial advice to help you make decisions about your pension savings and your retirement options. The value of your investment can go down as well as up, and you may not get back what you put in.

Register for our Online Service

Registering for our Online Service is easy and only takes five minutes. You'll need your policy number, postcode and date of birth. Your policy number will be on any letter we've sent you.

Once registered, you'll be able to use the service straight away, at a time that suits you. Register now.

Change my name

To change your name, we’ll need a signed letter from you with details of your previous name and your new name. We’ll also need one of the following original documents: a Marriage Certificate, Civil Partnership Certificate, Decree Absolute, Final Order or a Deed Poll.

Please send the letter, including your policy number, to Prudential, Lancing, BN15 8GB.

We'll return your document to you straight away.

Access some of my money

We recommend that you carefully consider your options, including your tax position, before accessing your pension savings. Taking money out is a big decision and one that’s best made with an adviser.

You'll be able to nominate a beneficiary by completing and posting us the beneficiary nomination form. To get a copy of the relevant form, please contact us.

You're able to change the investments and funds that you're currently invested in.

No, you won't be charged for changes to funds.

For details of the charges that apply to your policy please refer to your annual statement. The attached Fund Guide explains how we calculate that charge.

Yes, you can transfer your pension to another provider.

Transferring your pension is a big decision. We recommend you get financial advice to help you make decisions about your pension savings and your retirement options.

You can log into our Online Service to check the value of your policy, change your personal information and preferences, view important documents and send us secure messages. You'll be able to see which products you can manage online and do what you need to quickly and easily.
