How do i upload documents to progressive

When will paperless documents and billing be available? How will that work?
Paperless was made available to Auto customers in 2007. Special Lines paperless will be made available starting in 2013.The paperless documents and billing option will allow your customers to choose to receive both their bills and other policy documents � such as declarations pages and EFT authorization forms � electronically. Please note that even if selecting the paperless documents and billing option, your customers will receive some hardcopy documents � cancel and reinstatement notices � by U.S. Postal Service due to legal and/or technology constraints.

How do customers enroll in the paperless billing or the paperless documents and billing option?
You may enroll your customers at new business by selecting the paperless option at the �Customer Document Delivery Preference� question on the �Final Sale� page of ForAgentsOnly.com (FAO). You�ll also need to enter the customer�s e-mail address and then check �Paperless Billing� or �Paperless Documents and Billing,� once that option becomes available. Your customers will be enrolled for the life of the policy, unless they decide to �unenroll.� You may also switch your existing customers to a paperless option midterm in FAO. From the �Policy Summary� page, click on the �Paperless Preferences� option under the �Documents� tab, collect the customer�s e-mail address and select �Bills Only� or �All Documents and Bills,� when it becomes available, to enroll. Your customers will also be able to enroll in a Paperless option on progressiveagent.com.

What if a customer doesn�t want to continue with the paperless option?
Customers may unenroll from the paperless billing or paperless documents and bills options at any time. To do so, they can log in to progressiveagent.com or call Progressive Customer Service at 1-800-PROGRESSIVE. You can unenroll your customers by clicking on the �Paperless Preferences� option under the �Documents� tab and selecting the �U.S. Postal Service� option. Once customers are unenrolled, all their policy documents will be mailed to them.

If customers elect to receive their bills electronically, how will they make payments?
When customers sign up for paperless billing, they have the option to pay online at progressiveagent.com or over the phone using our Automated Billing System at 1-800-876-5581.

What if a customer has more than one Progressive Auto policy and wants paperless billing for each of them?
Since different policies can have different e-mail addresses associated with them, each policy needs to be enrolled for paperless billing separately. Your customers can access their policy information on progressiveagent.com.

Can a customer enroll to receive paperless billing or paperless documents and billing on Commercial Auto policies?
Currently, only Auto and Special Lines policies are eligible for paperless billing/paperless documents and billing.

What�s the benefit to customers who choose paperless billing/paperless documents and billing?
Many customers prefer to take care of their banking and bill payments electronically because its convenient, saving them time and reducing the clutter of too much paper. Most importantly, there is no waiting for the mail; no time spent writing checks and no postage to pay. And since customers� can view policy documents and pay bills 24/7 via progressiveagent.com, they can do so when it�s most convenient for them.
