You don’t need to juggle courses. You’ll take one class at a time, in seven-week chunks, which allows you to finish after two and a half semesters. In as few as 12 months, you’ll be able to complete your degree alongside work and other commitments.
Flexibility extends into the mentorship component. It’s a nonclinical mentorship that typically takes place where you work. You’ll complete a community needs teaching project and quality improvement project that benefit the facility—and are often used as clinical ladder steps to move up in your position and salary.
